A Quick Update

Three pineapples for three children! I don't think I had seen one as cute as the one Brent has before.

Rainy season is a bit slow this year compared to last  year but we are starting to get some storms.

We get creative these last days of school! Shiny tile floor is good for many things! Kelsey has about 6 days of school left.

Us ladies had a donut day. Galyn and Amanda rolled and cut them all.

Amber was in charge of frying. That big fry pan on a propane burner worked very well!

Yummyness on its way!

Marcie and Evie glazed them.

Having six ladies worked so well and even though we felt like we made a lot of donuts, till we split it six ways it wasn't so many after all!

The ones to fill got a little funny. Not sure if they rose too much before we cut them or what. Anyone know what we did wrong?
If you asked me how life is going right now I would probably tell you it is like this! Wonderful! The virus really isn't affecting us much. School goes on as normal for Kenny. I do laundry, cooking, cleaning and teaching.

But if I am honest I will admit that although the outside is normal, where I am sitting isn't. I saw that while sitting in a broken down vehicle beside a busy road. And that's a little how I feel. Things are functioning normally outside. But inside things aren't quite right. Just now I'm not ready to write about the struggles of burnout, homesickness, and disappointments. Maybe some day I will.
